In this beginners workshop you will learn how to safely journey and connect with your own fae companion. This weill allow you to journey shamanically with ease and the ability to discern helpful spirits from non-helpful.

We conclude the workshop with the framework needed to connect with the fae in your own natural environment. Whether that be a house plant, your backyard, or favorite nature reserve. You’ll learn how to become receptive and connect with the nature spirits in your area.
