In the Belly connects you with the brightness of spring, found in the orange peel, nourishing herbs, such as oatstraw and nettle, and warming galangal and ginger. This offering is nourishing to the emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Each offering contains at least 24 servings of tea.

What’s inside?
Each offering is intuitively inspired and a true cocreation with the plants. I offer only the highest quality plants, sustainably wild-sourcing or self growing, as possible to offer the most pure blend to connect you with the season of spring.

Oat Straw- Great for hormones and nervous systems alike. It’s full of nutrients and helps to ease stress and anxiety while supporting the organs of major hormone systems.

Nettle- What isn’t nettle good for?! I love its nutrient content and energetic ability to help us maintain boundaries. 

Rose- Rose for the heart, allowing for softening, opening the heart to the new year ahead. I put rose in just about everything, but I will never get over the smell of rose wafting up with the steam of my cup. Perfection.

Chamomile- good for the belly and nervous system and was asking to be here so here she is!

Galangal- herb favorite of mother Hildegard, great for the heart and digestion, a nice earthy ginger flavor. 

Ginger- warming to the whole body and obviously a support to the digestion system.

**Roots in teas act as the grounding force driving us deeper into the moment.

Orange peel- also asked to be here so here he is! A bitter in nature so stimulating to the digestive system but also kind of sweet. So a nice warming citrusy note to this offering.
