Ways to Connect in 2023

I love this time of year, winter starts to fade as we see more light. There’s a stirring deep in the belly, the feeling of spring on its way. The intentions we set at new year start to bring about plans of action and care. I’m excited to bring through my work with more clarity this year. Trying out new things, some that have been long on my mind and others recently planted. Long time dream to share my experience with and connection to the plant world. To teach others how to find their own food and medicinals in the world around them. To give voice to their wisdom and facilitate the reconnection between us. To support this relationship I’ll be sharing seasonal inspired tea blends in limited quantities. Each blend is created by the essence of the season. The plants included have all been wild foraged or home grown, all aspects of the process tended to with love and intentional hands.

In addition to the release of my seasonal tea blends, women’s circles are coming back! I know there's a solid group of us locally looking for something lol, connection, spirituality, other people to share simple living with. Tea circles will happen at every seasonal shift. I’ll be sharing my latest tea blend, sharing a practice of old and holding a gentle circle. It’s really open to becoming whatever we desire it to be. Space will be limited for these first two seasons as we begin to weave together a group.

For those desiring connection and unable to make the tea circles in person, Amber and I are setting the framework for a revolutionary motherhood community. One that will not only change your personal reality but the broader networks you work with. More information will be coming soon.

I couldn’t totally walk away from birth work, it’s in my heart. So I’ll be offering virtual doula support throughout 2023. It’s a much discounted rate than my standard and allows me to support you wherever you are. Last year I supported two families in birthing this way and it was the best. I couldn’t believe the level of support and emotional connection that still remained through support birth in this way. I’ll be sharing more soon. If you’re expecting, reach out because space will be limited.

In any case, I’m grateful that you are here and am looking forward to the coming year.
